Miners Guild
The miners guild is ran by Daldor.
This guild is for minners and those who work in association with the mines.
The guild is an association of artisans and merchants who oversee the practice of their craft/trade within the Mir Badahr region but have sub sects in each major city but rules are not as strict in these regions. Guild members found guilty of cheating the public are fined or banned from the guild and if practicing any trade without being a guil member will have a harsher fine or jail time.
A guild hall for each guild can be found in each city and a shared guild hall in towns. These spaces opperate as meeting spaces and provide temporary lodging for guild members.
Only guild members are allowed to sell their goods or practice their skill within the city. This is so set prices and quality standards can be maintained. All goods must also be marked with the guild crest to show its authentiscity.
Structure
Out of all the guild the miners guild has the most structure as there is a lot of things that can go wrong and therefore routine and structure are required for everyones safety.
Under the head of the guild is the admin team, they are incharge of scheduling who, where and when anyone is in the mine, along with other admin duties such as accounting, HR and general management.
Next is the management team, there is a the management head, a section (specific area within the mines) head and then a shift leader for each rotation and section.
Then there is the safety team. For each Section head there is a counterpart safety lead who report directly to the section head for any safety issues in that area. Then on each team one member volunteers as the safety representative for that team and will report directly to their sections safety lead about any potential issues along with any concerns they have been informed of.
Then there are the frontline workers who mine on a 12 hour shift pattern, working 4 days on 4 days off.
