Uk'otoa the Great Leviathan (Ook-O-TOE-A)

Uk'Otoa is the Great Leviathan. One of the oldest creatures of the world, and has been the dark presence that haunts and terrorises the seas. Uk'Otoa is one of the Diabolical Ones, and part of the Primordial Green. He is the Great Leviathan, the deity of the Depths, Keeper of the Drowned, the patron of Fury and Horror. He is a primordial being, but it is argued whether he is a god or not by many that theorize about his theology and his divine presence.

Worshippers

His worship is more of a Cult (The Cult of the Great Leviathan) than that of an established church or even a sect. Those that worship him do not do so out of praise, but by fear and terror. The worshippers are sailors, pirates, tribal coastal communities and any that wander the seas for the majority of their lives - they know the tales and horror of the Great Leviathan. Temples & Shrines He holds no temples, and his shrines are extremely rare - but those that do find it, are usually within flooded caverns, ruined island shrines, coastal grottos, cliff-edges - are pedestals of stone and coral, encrusted in eyes and a coiling serpent. These are which you may sacrifice your blood, or give ritualistic offerings to the god, in attempts to appease him or do his will.

The home realm of Uk'otoa is within a secret domain - as he had been locked away by the Divines. Otherwise known as the Depths Edge.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Uk'Otoa seeks to release himself from his divine prison, and to unleash the fury against the gods - especially Lorkhan and Toridon, for sealing him in his current prison. Furthermore, he seeks to dominate the seas and then flood the world in his fury and vengeance, and carve his own world for him to rule.

Physical Appearance

Legend says that Uk'otoa is a large serpent-like creature with three eyes in its head and many eyes along its body. Said to have the maw of several pirahna and sharks, the head of a moray-eye and serpent, several dorsal fins and flippers, and writhing tendrils like that of a octopus.
