Bwom'Sambdi the Duke of Decay (Bwom-Sam-Dee)

Nature cannot exist without death. Things must eventually die in order to give new life. In nature, even death creates life. Creatures swarm in the night, rot creates room in which life may be born anew. Bwom'Sambdi holds sway over these forces, he serves as their warden and wielder alike. He leads the other deities of the Primordial Green, for it is through him that they may continue the cycle. He is a secretive, merciless and fair deity. He has been known to command with a look and explains himself rarely. As dark and sinister as his powers may be, he does not abuse his power, in fact he only uses it whenever the balance of nature might be threatened. Otherwise, he is content to watch and guide the other deities in the pursuit of nature's protection. This is the duty of Bwom'Sambdi. The God of Decay, Vermin, Pestilence and Renewal.

Worshippers

Bwom'Sambdi's followers are those that preserve the balance, and allow rot to consume life in all places, and degradation into the places of civilisation. For no place can last forever. Nature will return if left alone. Their only moral is that nature must be balanced, and thus can be seen as a cruel and violent fellowship. But they are patient, they are always calm, and usually, always hold back until the ignorant make the wrong decision.

Shrines and Temples

Bwom'Sambdi holds no temples - but places in which nature is degraded, such as overgrown and untended graveyards, ruins taken back by nature, sewers, caves lined by vegetation. Usually, the shrines are where a lone dead tree resides that has lived its life undisturbed, but become choked by sickness.

Realm

Bwom'Sambi resides in the Beastlands, and in the Eternal Mirth of the Feywild.

Personal History

Physical Appearance

He appears as a horrifying creature. A stretched and long-limbed being with overgrown claws, a wild mane of white hair, that flows in long dirty strands of grey over his rat-skull head, with bony antlers piercing through his great mane - surrounded by a haze of flies and maggots that nest in his hair. He remains unclean, hunched, weighed down by hives of wasps that grow on his skeletal back, peeling and cracking off as he walks. His body is gaunt, and dark of fur, his hands like bear claws extended into blackened sharp tips.
