PROBOSCIS MOUTH BITER

You have had the proboscis of a dead orocoran or like creature grafted into your throat.  This proboscis can be extended by simply opening your mouth as part of an attack action. When the proboscis is retracted it is impossible to notice without a careful inspection, scan, spell, or similar ability. A proboscis mouth biter cannot be disarmed, but it can be sundered. When you regain Hit Points (whether through first aid, magic, or natural healing), the proboscis regains the same number of Hit Points. If destroyed, a proboscis regrows in 24 hours.

Proboscis mouth biter can be used to deliver a bite attack (see Table: Proboscis Mouth Biter below).  Your reach with your proboscis is 5 feet more than your natural reach. When you use the tentacle(s) to perform a grapple you do normal bite damage.
