Description

You instill intense feelings of uncertainty in a creature, giving them the staggered condition for 1 round (INT negates). The first time the staggered creature takes damage before their next turn, they can attempt a second INT save to immediately end the effect. After you stagger a creature with this spell, it becomes immune to subsequent moment’s hesitation spells you cast for 1 minute.
