Ley Leech
When you counter a spell, you can claim some of its thaumaturgic energies to regain your own cast spells.
Prerequisites: Ability to cast spells
Benefit: When you successfully counter an opponent’s spell, such as with dispel magic, you can attempt a caster level check with a DC equal to the 10 + the countered spell’s level. On a success, regain a used spell slot equal to half the level of the spell countered in this way (minimum 1).
