GHOUL FLESH

Your skin has been grafted with strips of ghoul flesh.  When you damage a creature with a natural, slam, or unnamed attack you can force the target to make a successful Fortitude save (DC = 10 + ½ the item level rounded down) or gain the paralyzed condition for 1d4+1 round.  The ghouls flesh has a limited number of daily uses equal to its mark value and is recharged by 8 full hours of inactivity.  As a full action, the target can attempt a new saving throw to end the condition. Creatures with the elf subtype are immune to a ghoul’s paralysis. Beginning with M3 you can spend an Edge to recharge the ghoul's skin as part of a short rest.
