Description

You summon a concentrated cloud of Dystopian spores, which renders living creatures docile and agreeable. Any creature that enters the cloud or begins its turn within the cloud must succeed at a INT save or be fascinated for 1d4 rounds. A creature that succeeds at this save is immune to the effects of Dystopian spore cloud for 24 hours.
