3.7.84 DATA SPIKE
The data spike fusion imbues a weapon with technomagical code that can infect living creatures’ nervous systems, causing them to almost lose control of their limbs. When you score a critical hit on a living creature with a weapon that has the data spike fusion, the target must succeed at a CON saving throw or its movement speeds are halved, and it’s flat-footed for 1d4 rounds. If the weapon already has a critical hit effect, when you score a critical hit, you can apply either the weapon’s normal critical hit effect or the data spike effect. Only powered melee weapons can benefit from this fusion.
