Effect progression track is Healthy—Latent—Weakened—Impaired—Debilitated— Bedridden; once the victim has reached the impaired condition all their cybernetic, bionic, and nanotech augmentations cease to function, if the victim gains the bedridden condition the only cure is removing the offending augmentations at which point they become effectively immune to the disease.

Special Since the affliction attacks the biomechanical system persons and creatures without the aforementioned augmentations are immune to this affliction, persons who have had their augmentations removed can begin augmenting with new augmentations once they regain the healthy condition.
