Structure

Preya is ruled by the Emperor, who has ministers for different sectors of government. The Preyan Legates also assist in leading in their specialised areas.

Experts in magic and supernatural on-goings, such as the Owl of Preya, one of the Preyan Legates.
Highly trained Inquisitors that can report and deal with threats to the empire.

History

Preya originated as a Totalitarian state, which tried to conquer as much kingdoms, empires, and domains as possible. They grew to large power, and were one of the most powerful empires of all time, until a successful overthrowing ousted the Emperor and his cohorts. After the new Emperor took position, many different kingdoms regained or demanded independence. While not losing all of its power, it is not as geographically controlling as it once was. Many domains still view Preya as evil, and they still suffer bad relations with countries despite their best efforts.

The Black Regime

The Black Regime is a terrorist organziation currently operating in Preya. It's leadership and members are mostly consisting of soldiers of the Empire's previous army. They are a constant thorn in the side of the current Preyan Empire.
