Fall of Zol-Yerzan

All contact with Zol-Yerzan was lost. Our Stoneborn brethren turned the tide for a while but the Orcs seem to have an indestructible champion.   The fortress fell, it is unclear if they managed to destroy the Mindaòrálèan Gate. I pray they did. The Orcs wouldn't be able to use this one, but if they were to replicate the technology then the entire world will be at risk.

Our recordkeeper was able to see inside the great hall of Zol-Yerzan as they made their final stand. Prince Grourmouc Stoneborn called out the Orcish champion for a duel, and incinerated him... 3 times over. Apparently when the Orcish champion is destroyed another Orcish body becomes the host of this fiendish soul. Grourmouc called out to Mogul and offered to sacrifice himself for the power to destroy all Orcish bodies there. Mogul accepted this sacrifice and all Orcs were destroyed. Then the recordkeeper lost vision of the hall. Hours later the hall became visible once more. The recordkeeper was beyond words for the horror he saw. Apparently our fallen dwarven brethren rose to kill our living brethren. Lord Torgkan together with his iron hand guards made their final stand... before falling and rising again.
