Storm Necklace of Healwiis
The Storm Necklace of Healwiis is a magical horn that allows its wielder to empower their unarmed strikes. Additionally it is coupled to the Horn of Hydylilkis.
While you wear this necklace you may, as an action, activate it to cause your hands to become suffused with lightning. While active your unarmed strikes deal an additional 2d6 lightning damage. Activating it requires you to rub your hands together in maniacal excitement.

Healwiis means mad.
If you are within 1000 foot of the Horn of Hydylilkis when it is activated you must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become subject to the following:You instantaneously cast Call Lightning. You do not need to do anything to cast it. It just happens and you control it. You must keep concentration on it though.
You can use your bonus action to call down the lightning.
The storm of Call Lightning follows you, creating overcast weather conditions.
You have advantage on concentration checks.
You have 10ft extra movement speed.
Your jump distance is tripled.
You take no falling damage and do not need to make a check to land on your feet.
You smile manically.
You must get vision of the horn or get within 20ft of it as quick as possible.
You gain an additional 50ft movement speed until you get vision of the horn or get within 20ft of it.
You do not trigger opportunity attacks until you get vision of the horn or get within 20ft of it.
You cannot willingly drop your concentration on Call Lightning until you get vision of the horn or get within 20ft of it.
These benefits are lost when Call Lightning ends.
You can of course choose to fail your saving throw.
