Additionally it is coupled to the Storm Necklace of Healwiis.
Has 8 charges. Regains 2d4 charges at dawn.
You can, as an action, blow the horn to cast heroism at a level equal to the charges you choose to consume.
Requires no concentration but the spell ends if you become incapacitated. Requires the horn to remain on your person.
This particular version makes a loud deep sound.
