Leanir's Falls

Leanir's Falls is a cascade waterfall south east of Molik. It is a very pretty place but since it is quite far from the road it doesn't see many visitors. Those who do visit are usually hunters on a small detour to admire the beauty, or royals, pilgrims or other people who specifically chose to visit it for its natural beauty.
  The place derives its name from an old story about how Lady Leanir Proudstar was born. Hannah Proudstar had suffered several miscarriages and still births, she and her husband had no children. That was until a priestess came to town preaching about Vubera, goddess of Feminine Fertility. Lady Leanir went to meet the priestess to speak about Vubera. That night Lady Leanir had a vision of waterfalls. She gave the description to anyone in Molik in the hope they knew where it would be. One woman knew the place, a Goliath by the name Leanir Mistsjonger. The Goliath woman showed Hannah the place and they rested there for the night. That night Hannah had another dream. She was in great pain and went to sit in the waters. The moment she touched the waters the pain was gone and moments later she saw a young girl swimming in the pool below her.
The next time Hannah was with child she camped near the pools for the final month. When the time came she gave birth in the pools to a daughter. She named her daughter Leanir, after the woman that showed her the place. The husband then named the waterfalls Leanir's Falls after his first child.
  For a while the place was considered a holy place. Over time it was slowly forgotten as the worship of Vubera became less popular. It is still a known place of beauty, but the history of the place has been forgotten by most.
