Dwarves
Dwarves are stout, stoic, and strong. Each rising to roughly chest height of a man and twice as broad. Large beards adorned with runic beads the size of a childs fist are custom for males and females exibit more hair than their human counterparts.
They are considered an Elder Race created by Moradin, The Allhammer to help with The War in Heaven. Although Moradin is credited for their creation a number of gods are worshiped and celebrated within dwarven temples and forges; Pelor, The Dawnbringer, Kord, The Stormcaller, Erathis, The Lawbearer and, Bahamut, The Platinum Dragon are to name but a few.
All Dwarves live underground, whether they live in hills or at the foot of a mountain, or delve deep into the tallest mountains. These "Hill Dwarves" and "Mountain Dwarves" although indistinguishable at face value; each hold their customs and traditions as independent - gods help you if you call a Hill Dwarf a Mountain Dwarf and vice-versa. They are skilled craftsmen and warriors. Whichever path they take in life they are always resolute to their goals.
They are often in conflict with the Duergar whom often share the network of tunnels that the ancient dwarves dug below the surface of Aenerion to connect differant Karaks.
