Madam Teko'bura Mayusi Mos'kokov, Ms. (a.k.a. Nexus)
Amha'pena'tor Mos'kokov, or simply Teko'bura Mos'kokov, is the current head of the Hono'totri a'o Allium. She directly advises the reigning Queen (or in this case, King and Queen Regent) on matters that directly affect Allium. But in the shadows, she is the premiere figurehead for the republican movement, a movement that is dedicated to elimanating the monarchy.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
While not muscular, she is of a healthy weight and build, with a rectangular-shaped body. Thin delicate wrists and long fingers.
Facial Features
Teko'bura has a heart shaped face, crows eyes at the corners of her eyes. Her nose is sloped and slightly bulbous at the tip. Her nostils, like most other Sheppec's, are located slightly higher on her face. Due to a long long of good skin care, her skin texture is enviable for her age. Her eye lids are hooded, as is common with Kaka'ateme.
Identifying Characteristics
Her Dark grey horns is one of her most indetifiable features. Black or grey horns are rare outside of Alka'Klo, and can be seen as symbols of good luck. Her left horn is a little further in growth than her right horn, this is due to an accident when she was younger that forced doctors to shave down her right horn by a few inches. She has dark grey, almost black eyes. She is most often seen wearing her favorite color, lilac, while in one of her Amha'pena'tor working dresses.

Personal history
She was born to a high-class, nouveau riche, family in the heart of Stalwart Grove. She grew up in wealth and privilege but was outcasted by the nobility for her commoner ancestry. She grew to dislike them quickly after that.
Mos'kokov was always someone who craved more. Ever since she heard of running for political office she has wanted to do it. Tailoring her education, her friends, her personality, all to run for office.
She started as a Pena'tor Szeru'she before working up the ranks, eventually winning an election as a Pena'tor. After that she worked even further to be selected as the Amha'pena'tor. She has retained her office for almost 20 years, and with republican sentiments growing and her at the helm, she is seen as the first choice to lead the future Cambriene republic.

During her middle and highschool days, she tailored her education for public service and leadership. Reading, researching, and applying her knowledge in school projects whenever possible. When she decided to go to college, and then University, she chose a government major. A few weeks before her first campaign, she finished up her law degree, now legally able to practice law.

She has been a public servent since she was old enough to work legally. From volunteer work to running campaigns, she has been in the public sphere for decades. She started working at age 16 doing volunteer work for her districts Pena'tor, and slowly started climbing up the ladder. She is currently the Amha'pena'tor of the Hono'totri a'o Allium.

Teko'bura is motivated by her need to be in charge and in control. Ever since she was cruelly rejected from noble society due to her commoner heritage, she's been driven to upstage and de-power the nobility. Being the highest elected person in the land is not enough for her, she is craving more, and the throne is looking mightily tempting.

She hides her distain well, but has been plotting for ways to get the unpopular Queen and King off the throne, and place herself in power.
