Caedir Heuil
The Caedir Heuil (Throne of Oil) is a Governing Body put in place initially by the Heno of Eskern, who saw that many of the councils of their surrounding territories (particularly Sealtland, Kargast and Karkebi, and Pestilentia) were fragmented and inconsistent across usages, extraction ethics, and curriculums. Initially a beneficial way for other nations to ally with the Heno, this would become a way for them to slowly absorb these territories in to their empire.
A brief description:
- Regulatory/Control Board for Heno (and their friendly allies)
- Board of Directors
- Everything official within the guild goes through them
- Hold a gala in the Eskern Forest every Tournament to raise money
Their public agenda (purpose, mission, aims)
- Give folks a list of accredited schools where proper education and certification will be received
- Ensures mining and extraction operations do not damage the area and render it scorched
- Approves Initiations, Promotions, and Expulsions
- Acts as a union who can then discuss terms with government or other councils
Describe their visuals (flag, motto, uniform)
- Their colors are black, indigo, and yellow
- Their logo is a tteardrop with two bones crossing each other forebodingly
- They mostly wear colours made to look like oil spills
Their secret agenda (if they have one)
- They were officially disbanded, but some members preserved things and went underground after the rise of the Clockmakers and fall of the Heno Empire
