Caedir Citron

The Caedir Citron (Throne of Citron) is a Governing Body put in place initially by the Heno of Eskern, who saw that many of the councils of their surrounding territories (particularly Sealtland, Kargast and Karkebi, and Pestilentia) were fragmented and inconsistent across usages, extraction ethics, and curriculums. Initially a beneficial way for other nations to ally with the Heno, this would become a way for them to slowly absorb these territories in to their empire.

A brief description:

• Regulatory/Control Board for Heno (and their friendly allies)
• Board of Directors
• Everything official within the guild goes through them
• Hold a gala in the Eskern Forest every Tournament to raise money

Their public agenda (purpose, mission, aims)

• Give folks a list of accredited schools where proper education and certification will be received
• Ensures mining and extraction operations do not damage the area and render it scorched
• Approves Initiations, Promotions, and Expulsions
• Acts as a union who can then discuss terms with government or other councils

Describe their visuals (flag, motto, uniform)

• Their colors are gold and brass with green to represent the leaves of plants
• Their logo is a teardrop with an aphid to represent the Halfwing, who are the only known harvesters of honeydew
• They mostly wear colours made with green, yellow, and ochre dye, or any kind of vegetable dye and augmented with violet, brass, and gold to show status

Their secret agenda (if they have one)

• Though they have all these powers, their influence dwindles of the centuries and they become relegated to honeydew harvesters, causing the balance of the council to shift especially after the fall of the Heno Empire, eventually it was rebranded into the "Treeblood Thing" by the Gannwyll Gwydd
