Physical Description

Identifying Characteristics

Her body is a walking cosmos. Swirls of stars, planets, and nebulas stream over her body like liquid. If an object touches their skin, a visible ripple can be seen as if a rock puncturing the surface of the water. An ethereal wisp accompanies her every movement along with a soft chime of beautiful, soothing music.

Accomplishments & Achievements

The Red Star was one of the few surviving deities after The Ascended rose to power and slew the Pantheon of Oryth. They gave up their power willingly, becoming a mortal in the process. Though she mourned the passing of her brothers, Celestian and Fharlanghn, she took this as an opportunity finally outshine her siblings. While most of the deities were passed, Indryth was able to spread her name unmolested throughout the lands to select people, allowing her cult, the Children of Crimson to grow into fruition over the passing centuries until finally regaining her divinity when the Divine Spark once again returned to the heavens.

Failures & Embarrassments

After being stripped of their power, Indryth was lost in the Material Plane without any clear direction aside from their survival. Though she would find out that her body still did not age, she quickly realized that her flesh was still very much capable of pain and could possibly be slain if she came across the wrong person. Due to the environmental hazards of Oryth, she would have to wear clothes but still preferred iridescent slightly non-opaque silks. They faced rejection for the first time in their life when attempting to bed a young prince who refused their advances. Stricken with a bout of uncontrollable rage, she slit the prince's throat, having to soon flee the kingdom.

Taboos

The biggest taboo of Indryth is disobedience. She believes that a worshipper of her faith should be solely devoted to her and her alone. Her jealousy knows no bounds and though she awards her zealot disciples with gifts of grandiose, she is quick to punish those who fail her or refuse her unquestionable command.

Motivation

Indryth is an extremely selfish being. Though they often appear as a caring, giving deity, the truth is that the kindness they show to others is for their own gain rather than attempting to help. She is often quick to use her gifts and deeds as weapons in arguments or in such a way that it furthers her goals first and foremost. Those who outlive their usefulness are quickly cast aside and forgotten.
