Guardian - Elves

There are Dark Elves/Drow, High Elves, Wood Elves, and Half-Elves. These are known and for the most part, somewhat easy to distinguish. Yet there is another type of elf, or a subtype: the Guardian Elf... which is any of the aforementioned elves, but either Sun Blessed or Moon Blessed   In either case, they are easy to spot due to a combination of pointed ears and golden eyes, though it does make distinguishing high elves, wood elves, and half elves notably more difficult.

Culture

Shared customary codes and values

Most of the elves, save half elves, keep their general "we're better than you" attitudes towards other species, or see them as younge and inexperienced. That being said, high elves take this to another level, and given their already near-insufferable prejudices, become openly oppressive. The only reason nothing is done about it is because they are still guardians, and not exactly easy for the average person to deal penalize.

Common Dress code

Their respective dress is followed, with the addition of adhering to warm or cool colors depending on which arch-deity they were blessed by.

Coming of Age Rites

All of the elf species, aside from half elves, follow both the rites and rituals of their species, in additiona to the rites and retuals of the guardian culture.   Half elves, depending on the mixture, will likely follow whichever culture has the more dominant traits, along with that of guardians. Otherwise, they will follow the rites and customs of the local indiginous human population.

Ideals

Beauty Ideals

Given the mixed nature of Guardian enclaves, an elf who happens to be a guardian will be slightly more open to general beauty ideas and see desirable traits in other species... usually.
