The White Mountain Thieves Guild
A criminal organization, whose influence stretches across the White Mountains. It employs many thieves and assassins, however these are not the only people considered "members" or even with major or minor ties to the guild. The guild employs many types of thieves (pickpockets, infiltrators, burglars, etc), and killers (brutes, contract killers, mercenaries, etc). They also keep many different kinds of private citizens as contacts, who are paid handsomely for the risks they take in associating with the guild (innkeepers who can provide a place for a guildmember to lay low, tavern owners who can act as an info broker or matchmaker, merchants who can act as a fence for hot goods).
Structure
Guildmaster - Leader
City Keepers - Responsible for running and regulating all guild activity in their city; one for each hold capital + Luria. They answer to Brug when he is in the area, and consult him if necessary, but otherwise are leaders in their own right.
Specialists - The highest skilled members of the guild. City keepers are chosen from among Specialists typically, either being groomed for the role upon being noticed by their keeper, or simply by being chosen by Brug himself after the death of a keeper.
Scouts - Scouts are their own offshoot on the organization hierarchy, being technically lower than Specialists, but living such completely different lives that neither really tries to step on the others' toes or pursue rivalries with each other. Scouts are responsible for all of the news across the guild, noting recent attacks, criminal activity, and any information gathered on residents across the cities they inhabit. Some information is gathered manually, as Scouts spend hours at a time traversing the city via the rooftops and back alleys, keeping diligent watch. Other information is gathered passively, as scouts usually build relationships with valuable contacts such as innkeepers, corrupt law enforcement officers, etc. Due to this, Scouts are afforded a measure of respect by all guildmembers due to the important work that they do.
Agents - Agents are still low-ranking guildmembers, albeit a bit higher than the entry-level thieves. They are essentially unit leaders, i.e. the ones in charge of pickpocketing rings, protection rackets, infiltration schemes, etc.
Thieves - A thief is an entry-level guildmember. They answer to their Agent, and if they prove themselves to be useful enough, may rise to higher ranks if they gain enough prestige.

Leadership
Guildmaster:
It is said that Brug, one of the most legendary thieves across Minas Torgul, was trained by Muzien the Obsidian Knight. Many people like to point to the original name of the guild, the Obsidian guild, as proof, however this is mere conjecture. What is true is Brug has amassed an astonishing reputation despite only having been active for a few decades due to his orcish lifespan. At 20 years old, he led his guild on a conquest, whereby they crushed all other thief guilds across the entirety of the White Mountains, leading to the formation of the White Mountain Thieves Guild.City Keepers:
Minervus:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Illuria is known as Mordegon "The Wither" Asumordegon. He is especially well-known as he has the ability to create pacts with other creatures with an ability widely known as Ghost Contract. A person who has entered into at least one Ghost Contract can be recognized by a withered right arm, wrinkled and purple. It is said that this mark will bring a painful death on anybody who breaks a contract they have entered into.Hathorus:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Drelluria is known as Calamus "The Bishop" Asubertram. He was at one time a Bishop in the Church of Briael, goddess of deception. Many priests of Briael are corrupt, as they worship a corrupt goddess, however few of them are outright criminals, and they are not permitted to remain in the clergy if they are wanted, due to a long-term understanding between the church and the kingdom.Volturnus:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Velluria is known as Arwen "The Echo" Clermont. She is one of the most skilled and renowned brutes in the entire guild, and gained her nickname when she punched somebody three times in a fight, in such quick succession that it sounded to onlookers as though her first punch simply echoed twice more.Delius:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Ælluria is known as Deldrie "The Avenger" Copperfork. She was a specialist in the Obsidian Guild from the days when it was a small gang controlling a few streets in Illuria, and as such she has known Brug longer than anybody. She has been thieving for the past eighty years, and as such is one of the most prolific criminals in the guild.Arborlon:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Malluria is known as Allanon "The Outsider" Asuiraven. Rumors say Allanon made a deal with an evil entity long ago, leading to him gaining black magic powers.Phorcys:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Shilluria is known as Azazel "The Beast" Asubelial. Not much is known about the mysterious Beast, but he claims to be the biological tiefling son of the archdevil Belial, father of the Lord of the Fourth, Fierna.Serenius:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Dweluria is known only as "The System". Not much is known about the System, and what rumors and reported sightings are incomplete and contradictory, as each person who claims to have met this individual claims them to be a different person entirely. Even a gender or race cannot be confirmed as nobody can agree on what or who the System claims to be.Luria:
The Keeper of the Thieves Guild in Luria is known as Maldorad "The Seer" Briarheart. Maldorad was once a well-renowned wizard in the White Mountain University of Magic, however he turned to a life of crime upon being turned down for the Diviner's seat in the Arcane Circle. In our pocket, the night.
