Runes of Creation

Runes of Creation are potent symbols that embody the very fabric of the universe. They act as tools for shaping reality, but their power cannot be tapped through mere observation. To harness their true potential, a practitioner must possess the knowledge and skill to invoke the Rune, channelling its ancient energy to bring about change in the world.   The origins of these Runes are shrouded in mystery, their meanings and functions shifting and evolving over time, as fluid as the cosmos itself. Even the gods debate their true nature. However, one truth remains clear: These runes were not forged by any divine hand. Instead, they are an intrinsic part of the process that Astralor and Aeloria, the Twins of Creation, set in motion when crafting a Creation World. As a new world begins to take shape, these Runes manifest naturally, woven into the very fabric of reality, binding the primal forces that govern all existence with the Cosmos and the Patheneons within them claiming aspects of the Rune to be their divine grace.   Some gods argue that the Runes reflect a deeper cosmic order, a fundamental harmony to which even the divine must conform. Others believe the Runes are the universe's manifestation of its laws, arising spontaneously as the creation world takes form. Regardless of their origin, the Runes of Creation exist, and their power is undeniable.   They are the basic elements of divinity, magic, and life. The initial thread that all things are made of and fate is wove with. A full understanding of them allows control of how the universe "works" especially before the Greater Runes are fully formed and then subdivided into the realms of the divine under the control of Gods, Demons, Devils, Minor Elementals and Lesser Dragons.
