Gift of Elune: 1d20+7 to hit, dealing 2d10+8 slashing damage.

Instrument of her Vengeance: During an eclipse, you can perform a ritual called 'Rite of all consuming darkness'. This stores a Devastation Orb within the dagger. The orb can be cast and detonated on command, creating a burst of lunar energy that can be thrown 45ft and:

  • At Night:Causes a Lesser Rain of Stars. Creatures within 60ft of the detonation must make a DC18 Constitution Saving Throw or take 2d8 astral damage.
  • In the Day: Causes an eclipse and a Minor Rain of Stars. Creatures within 60ft of the detonation must make a DC18 Constitution Saving Throw or take 1d8 astral damage.
  • In an Eclipse: Causes a Greater Rain of Stars. Creatures within 60ft of the detonation must make a DC18 Constitution Saving Throw or take 4d8 astral damage.

Any Rain of Stars produced by the Devastation Orb lasts 1 hour or until cancelled by the wielder of the Gift of Elune

Passive Effects

Night Warrior's Ally: You gain the following effects while wielding the Gift of Elune:

  • You can speak Darnassian fluently.
  • You are immune to life / nature damage.
  • You can cast Dominate Monster (DC17 Wisdom Saving Throw) on creatures of nature to have them fight at your side. This can be done once per day. At night or during an eclipse, there is no limit.

Your connection to nature, and to Tallea, has granted you a modicum of the power of Elune. You may use this weapon to strike out at the enemies of The Night Warrior

age: Vulpera mature significantly faster than humans, reaching physical adulthood at the age of 5. However, a vulpera isn't considered an adult until they are ready to take on the responsibilities of their kin and caravan. They age noticeably faster and rarely live longer than 75 years.

Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common, Vulpera, Zandalar and one other language of your choice. Vulpera are a nomadic race that pick up the languages of those they travel among.

Desert Born
You’re acclimated to high temperatures and naturally adapted to hot climates, when the temperature is at or above 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37 degrees Celsius), you have advantage on Constitution saving throws to avoid exhaustion and ignore disadvantage on the saving throw for wearing medium armor, heavy armor, or heavy clothing in extreme heat (see Dungeons Masters Guide, chapter 5). In addition, you have advantage when performing a Wisdom (Animal Handling) check on a Llama (see Camel), Hyena or Buzzard (see Giant Vulture).   Nose for Trouble
You have a keen sense of danger when it approaches you. When you suffer a critical hit, you can use your reaction to make it a normal hit instead. You can use this feature once per long rest.   Keen Hearing

Whenever you make a Wisdom (Survival) check related to navigating, you add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of your normal proficiency bonus.   Claws
Your claws are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Dexterity modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
Scavengers & Survivors
The vulpera are a keen and intelligent race of nomadic scavengers. They are capable of turning what they find into opportunities to thrive and are skilled at solving problems, no matter their size. Despite their small stature, vulpera are fierce and cunning in battle, bringing down any enemy foolish enough to underestimate them. While they have permanent settlements in burrows, their caravans mostly travel from hideaway to hideaway, scavenging for supplies, trading them where they can, and spreading information they pick up along the way. Their scavenging often takes the form of looting artifacts and treasure from ancient ruins and selling them to the highest bidder.   Resourceful Gatherers
Dwelling in deserts all their life, the vulpera can't afford to waste resources. Over time, they have learned to take anything that looks even remotely useful and be creative using what they have, and they have learned to recognize value wherever it hides in the desert.   Vulpera Names
Vulpera do not have any sort of algorithm to come up with names. Instead, they choose whatever they think sounds good.
