A failed Wisdom (Insight) check contested by your Charisma (Deception) or Charisma (Performance) check, the target suffers a disadvantage on Initiative Checks for the next two minutes. Should the creature fail by 10 or more on the contested roll, the target is surprised at the start of any encounter for the next two minutes.
