Rare Necromancy Requires Attunement

While attuned and worn, undead creatures of CR 4 and lower cannot come within 20ft of the wearer, unless permitted by the wearer. If an undead creature is forced inside the area, they must use their action on their turn to try to escape it.
When consumed by an attuned living creature, that is not unconscious, this vial restores all their hit points.
