Bubble Absorption - Action: Choose a target within Melee Range
and try to absorb them. The target must succeed on an Agility Reaction Roll (16)
to not become trapped inside the bubble.

Wobbly Prison - Action: A target that is trapped inside the bubble can mark a
stress to make an escape attempt. Describe your attempt, then the DM decides
on the difficulty and the outcome depending on an Attribute Reaction Roll.

Veyth Pooltoy Transformation - Action: Spend a Fear to
Place a Transformation Token onto the bubble-trapped PC.
If the PC already has 3 Transformation Tokens, then remove
the Transformation Tokens and transform the PC into a Pooltoy.
Change the Ancestry of the PC to Vinyling.
