Homebrew
Spellcasting (Boon of the Wind Stone). Magnus can cast the following spell (spell save DC 15), requiring no components:
Action Surge (1/Short or Long Rest). Magnus takes one additional action. Dueling. When Magnus wields a melee weapon in one hand and no other weapons, he gains a +2 bonus to damage rolls with that weapon (included in the attack). Fancy Footwork. When Magnus makes a melee attack against a creature, that creature can't make opportunity attacks against Magnus for the rest of his turn. Ioun Stone of Fortitude. Magnus' Constitution score increases by 2 (from 14 to 16) while the Ioun Stone orbits his head. Maneuvers. When Magnus takes the attack action, he can choose one weapon attack that hit to deal an extra 4 (1d8) damage (same damage type as the attack) and cause one of the following additional effects:
Multiattack. Magnus makes three attacks: two with his rapier and one with his shortsword. Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage. Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) piercing damage.
Aether Magic (3/day). Magnus magically teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space he can see. Cunning Action. On each of his turns, Magnus can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action. Feint. Magnus gains advantage on his next attack roll against a creature within 5 feet of him this turn. If that attack hits, it deals an extra 4 (1d8) damage (same damage type as the attack), but Magnus cannot use a maneuver this turn. Second Wind (1/Short or Long Rest). Magnus regains 10 (1d10 + 5) hit points.
