Falling into a deep trance as zis mind drifts backwards through the Time Void, the chronomancer explores back hundreds of years. When casting the chronomancer chooses a point in time within the past 2x proficiency bonus in hundreds of years.   For the duration of the spell ze views all events at that time as if ze was present., although the chronomancer cannot actually interact with objects, creatures or the environment.   Ze can move up to 300" from point of casting but trying to go further only reveals unending, impenetrable darkness. The chronomancer retains zis senses (e.g. darkvision) when viewing the past.   The spell may be dismissed using a bonus action, and while viewing the past the chronomancer has no senses working in the present.
