Special Maneuver
Aimed Shot - Fire a single shot with a +3 bonus to hit as an attack before moving on your turn.
Extended Burst - Fire 3 shots instead of 2 without your Proficiency Bonus modifier to hit, as an attack. Once you have successfully made an attack using this maneuver, you may use it again after finishing a short or long rest.
Properties:
CQC - +3 bonus to hit when between 30-10 feet of the target, no disadvantage in melee
Folding Wire Stock - Allows to be fired 1-handed without your Proficiency Bonus on attack rolls
Loading: Uses a bonus action to fast reload (involves dropping the magazine to pick up later), requires a full action to reload
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D8, if it lands on a 1, the weapon is jammed and requires a bonus action (D&D5E) or an action point (PF2E) to clear the jam
Handling: 1-handed or 2-handed
The Volkner Industries MP-24 is a pre-cataclysm steel-stamped design that doesn't need much maintenance, but also doesn't have impressive characteristics compared to its successors. The design, thanks to its simplicity, has survived multiple generations and has been reproduced post-cataclysm. It uses a spring-loaded magazine and fires from an open bolt position with a straight blowback action. It uses a pistol cartridge and as such, doesn't shoot very far, but it doesn't have to. A well-maintained MP-24 isn't a rare sight, but you're more likely to find some in disrepair. Being steel, it is heavier than some of the other SMGs out there.
