This power allows the user to communicate wordlessly with any intelligent creature. This is a two-way communication. It isn’t the same as mind reading because the user receives only those thoughts the target wants to send. Language isn’t a barrier to the link. Until the power ends, the target can communicate telepathically through the bond whether or not he has a common language with you. The communication is possible over any distance, though it can’t extend to other planes of existence.

Intensify:
You can choose to spend a additional 1 PSP to add a additional creature to the mindlink. When a telepath does this, he can choose whether each can hear the others or only the psionicist.
