Any text written with the pen will appear to the reader in their mother tongue, if the reader knows how to read.   If this pen is touching your head or hand you receive a +2 modifier on your intelligence score. You are granted the ability to store the memory of any written text within the pen. The memories become unavailable when you are not touching the pen.   When used with the juice of sacrifice, this pen changes the juice so it never evaporates.
