It's...disorienting at first, finding myself floating in the stars. Ke-Iko is here...alive? The star, the...energy that is keeping him from moving on for now.
He's frustrated, I know. It's clear he's burdened by the weight of...something. There's a clear objection to my giving up a piece of myself so he can live. Seren came to explain, and he explained - he doesn't want other people to face the consequences for his actions. I can relate. Still, with a little convincing, he agreed to take this gift, though he made it clear he'll want to have a discussion when his work on the Material is complete.
It's...tense, when we awaken - there's no hiding what's happened, clearly. I have to tell them about Seren, though, for now, it's left at that. Meanwhile, we make a sweep of the rest of the fortress, ending up in their meeting room, talking about Gro'Kata, and a possible alliance with a crime group based in Highport. There are some corpses in what appears to be some holding cells here - a merchant and his guards. Noble from Norrven.
We leave, and make camp, it's quiet....Time to explain.
