Of scrolls and diamonds

After returning to his bastion to rest from a long mission, Fip decides it is time to go back to his roots and make more spell scrolls. Fip goes into town and buy the supplies for 1 scroll of misty step and 4 scrolls of silvery barbs. Also each day in the morning, Fip askes his simulacrum to cast wish to create a 25,000 gp diamond and then makes a new simulacrum as soon as the wish is completed.
