I received a note following a knock on my door. It held the seal of the lord warden.
 
Note from the lord warden: - genuine
"Be at the obelisk, at the dusk warning bell, come alone speak of this to no one."
 
I and three other curious sorts were asked to investigate some locals going missing.

- No sign of mist related
- Nothing of note on the ash on the door
