The Lift Surprise

We had one hour after we took the cockpit before the lift could be fixed. And time seemed to be going too fast.
 
We knew when the lift started working again we would have a few imperials to deal with. What we weren't accounting for was an ally in there!
 
I tried to distract the imperials by staging a medical emergency but they didn't buy it for long. Before I knew it, they were on their way to the cockpit.
 
IG spooked them and a fight started. There was blaster fire everywhere. I tried to defend myself with my training sword.
 
The sergeant ordered his team to storm the bridge. I thought we were done for. I tried to take cover as they kept attacking.
 
After what seemed like forever it was just me and our new ally able to fight. I took a deep breath and reluctantly used the force to kill the last imperial. My stomach is heavy. This is a sad day.
