Voice: Sounds like the Joe Weaver from Hardspace Shipbreaker, slightly southern, twangy, upbeat
 
Motivation: Joe is motivated to protect his dock workers and his loyalty to the company is mostly based on fear, and can be pushed through
Loyal to his men, humble, bearing steep scars from how he has seen the system chew up and spit out those working manual labor
 
Relations to other characters: Working relationship to other dock workers, distrusts colonial marines for the role they have played in strike breaking
