Personal history
Found Abandoned in the wilds of the downs Halmo was Rescued by an Elderly Halfling Named Gwidda who lived alone in the southern Hobble Forest near Gum Springs He was not even a year old when he was taken in but Gwidda raised Halmo as if he were her own she had no children herself or husband. She was odd and lived off the lands practicing Druidic Magics. As Halmo grew up he would go with Gwidda on errands more like adventures to various parts of the Hobble Forest sometimes meeting elves or other halflings to tend to sick animals, fend off invading goblins, and Track down Problematic beasts. Gwidda started teaching Halmo the art of Ancient Druidic Magics. It was During one of these Adventurous Errands a Wyvern Mortally wounded Gwidda when she and Halmo were Traveling through Luther's Cut with a Band of the Halfling Militia from the Green Lonsome. In her dying gasp, She passed her spirit breath to merge with Halmo's Soul as she asked him to carry on the Druidic Traditions. Halmo has since tried his best to carry on these traditions helping those in need he comes in contact with asking for little in return but perhaps food, lodging, or a book to read every once in a while he feels Gwidda's Presence within him and she seems to help him call upon the Druidic magics he learned and sometimes never successfully mastered. To carry on this Tradition Halmo Pays worship to Wenafar The Faerie Queen (Freya In Norse Terms) and often tends to sick birds. He loves befriending some along his travels favoring Hummingbirds, and Finches but hopes to Befriend a Great Horned Owl One day.
Education
Trained in the Druidcraft and Secret ways of the Woods.
Mental Trauma
Loss of his Spirit Mother Gwidda to a Wyvern's Sting. He has since absorbed her Spirit Breath and occasionally speaks to her in quiet time or contemplation seeking guidance or strength. This loss often leads him to question if he is doing the proper thing to carry on Druidic traditions that Honor her and the druid's ways she taught him.
Morality & Philosophy
Halmo is a loyal companion to those he trusts and works diligently at tasks such as foraging and the study of plants and wildlife, and is acutely attuned to his surroundings more often acting uncomfortable in civilized locations.
