Once the leader of the thieves guild in Baystead. He has fled after killing most of his members and stealing their wealth. He posed as a spice merchant while in Baystead.

After one of their members, Jun Flamedown, turned against them, Sernias ordered his death and framing for another's murder, but Jun was able to turn the tables, and Sernias was forced to flee Baystead. It is rumored that he has setup operations in Argate now.
