Session 1: What a Group
First day on with these weirdos has been... Eye opening. They're completely different to the people I've grown up accustomed to. They're loud and colorful, for the most part, and it feels like the right group to hide in plain sight within. Dad would be so mad if he saw them. After some good food, we headed into town to figure out what that one letter Fang got was about. Team 15? Team 13? Means nothing to me, but it seems like the others think the letter's meant for us.
Met some old lady. Gil made her cry, so I made sure we signed our names into the logbook and we went into some facility of sorts. They called it a Dry Docks, whatever that is. Met some tough lady, the team almost *dies*, and ultimately, we made it aboard, since that's apparently where we were supposed to be. And aboard, we talked to some old Professor- Crazy dude, if you ask me- who was VERY against us being there. Called me a thief and a liar! It's true, but come on, you don't call people that! Whatever the case, he ultimately realized he's stuck with us.
We're going to be traveling into the multiverse, apparently. There was a lot of heavy words that I only sort-of understood: Engines and transporting and multiversal drives of sorts. Baseline, we're going to travel to different universes for this Professor dude, gathering resources and such to then return to our home universe. [1]
Whatever the case, I've now been provided with the Cartographer work at the ship, AND I succeeded to annoy the Professor. Win-Win, I'd say. We're about to punch the engine on and head into our first trip, so... Let's hope This stupid ship actually works.
