Drogan Dreadd is a bit of a mystery. Having worked with a number of oranizations including those that deal with bounty hunting, he has amassed a rather intricate under belly to that of Isage and networking other cities and nations in the world. He is pragmatic, ruthless, but fair in his notions of business. He demands order but leads in such a way as to ever throw off those who think they have an idea of what he is capable of.
