Teia-Aneimos is the second son and youngest child of the Procellas family, a strong noble house in the inner circle of the Neemaian Theocracy. Teia's parents are both top magus' and alchemists and hold alot of power in the magical and alchemical communities in Neemay. Teia has two older sibilings; Seiden, his brother 5 years his elder, and Euracella, his sister, who is the eldest of the three and was almost like a second mother to her younger brothers, especially since thier parents were not around much. Euracella was a prodigy in the art of healing magic and regenerative alchemy much to their parents pleasure. Seiden, when Teia was 7 years old, was recruited by one of the Churches lead Monks for his compatibility with the Earth Spear's magic which granted his prayers the ability to keep the spires that kept all of the islands in Neemays sovereign afloat along with the main country, which again won the parents praise. Teia, unlike his siblings, was neither magically gifted nor was he that spiritual in any manner. When Teia turned 10, he asked his grandfather, an old Neemaian soldier, to train him in the sword, in hopes that he could live up to the expectations set by his sibilings. However, when Teia told his parents of his decision they were greatly opposed to the idea. The Procellas', despite being faithful to the Theocracy, did not support the acts and wills of the military division of Neemay. With a sharp reprimand and lack of an explanation why, Teia's parents forbade him from training in any sort of combat.
 
Later in that year, while his parents had left the home to attend a special council with the Neemaian politcal inner circle, a horde of Devils and demons assaulted the main land of Neemay. Teia and Euracella were the only in the estate at the time and with the Procellas family home being near the outer rim of the countries border, they were one of the first hit by the hordes ravenous thirst for carnage. The guards of the Procellas family estate did not stand a chance against the power of the fiends and lasted only a short while. Euracella grabbed Teia and ran for the family undeground equipment store. As they ran, their grandfather appeared clad in his old armour and equipped with a blessed sword covering thier escape into the underground cleaving through demons one after another. Just before reaching the door to the lab a meter long arrow flew through the air past their grandfather taking off Euracellas arm and shaving piece of flesh off of Teias face and causing both her and Teia to fall down the stairs into the lab. Their Grandfather rushed to the door locking it in place and dousing the door in blessed water before recieving an arrow of his to his leg. Teia was knocked unconcious from the fall and Euracella was barely concious. Teia's face started discoloring, which Euracella concluded was poison from the arrow. Euracella with the last lingering bits of strength she cured the poison from Teia's face and regenerated as much as she could with some alchamical salve before falling unconcious as well. After holy knights arrived and drove back the horde the following morning, the Procellas household was in shambles. The grandfathers body was not found at the scene and by the time they found the door way to the lab, Euracella had already passed.
 
The months following the incident for Teia were hell. the guilt and rage felt toward himself and the fiends who raided his home, the ignorant pity he was given from other noble children, their parents and his father, and the silent scorn and blame that was placed on by his mother gave him a weight on his shoulders that no one his age should have felt. Never wanting to feel weak again and the need in his heart to destroy those who killed the people he most cared about, Teia began training his body in order to apply to become a holy knight, the gaurdians of neemay who fought forces of evil. while his parents forbade him training with the sword, they never said anything about working out.
 
When Teia turned 15, he reaffirmed his intention to join the churches army to his parents and he was not taking no for an answer. After being met with a second no fro his parents, Teia left the family home in the middle of the night and headed for the Churches military base and began his training. Unsuprsing to him, a month into his training he received a letter signed by his mother stating the renouncement of his claim to the Procellas name and family.
 
 
Teia developed his swordsmanship, tactical prowess, and flight skills. The fruits of his training did not go unnoticed by the higher up officials of the army. a year after his training began Teia was recruited for the black ops inqusition force. While training with the inquisition force, his elder brother Seiden, whom he hadnt seen for nearly 9 years, visited him at the base. The two conversed over the happenings of each others lives over the years and reignited the bond they had let rust since childhood.
 
 
Teia completed his training upon turning 17 and was tasked with his first mission as an inquisition warrior. The first mission was a simple pirate erradication mission invloving a group of pirates who had taken over a small port town outside of Neemays mainland border. Before the mission was initiated everyone was told to not go after the pirate leader as they would be conducting a test for a new recruit into the neemaian assassins guild, the first new recruit in the guild to ever pass the training regimen in 30 years. During the mission, Teia in the middle of the fighting, notices a rotund pirate running past into a alley way. Teia fells the pirate hes fighting and pursues the pirate trying to escape. Upon catching up to the pirate, he finds a startling scene-- a small figure was standing over the body of the man. there was no blood around the scene at all, only a couple of accupunture like needles protruded from the big mans body. The figure looked up at Teia, smirked, and dashed away into the night. Later, in the post battle debrief, they revealed the newest recruit, Hayliel Fah'Alla....well less revealed and more her proudly proclaiming her victory with an confidant smile on her face. Unbeknownst to Teia she would play a big part in his life going forward.
 
 
At first Teia despised Hayliel's nature. She would always boast and play around with her targets and mission team members. This habit of her grated on Teia's more straight laced nature when it came to the order, and eventually he confronted Hayliel about her unprofessional acts and to that she told he would have to use what ever basic skill he had and stop her. This led to them having a duel. Not much to anyones suprise, considering Hayliel was an assassin, Teia defeated her in single combat. After that the two became unexpected combat partners or more like Hayliel was to stubborn to let losing go and continued to challenge him to one on one fights. As they continued this affair, they became more and more closely connected until finally they started dating which started out with Hayliel dragging Teia around places in the capital.
 
 
When, Teia turned 18, he was escalated to be an officer and given his own small squad. Along with this he was given more dangerous missions which included demon and devil erradication and his usual pirate, bandit, thief and heretic mandate. However, while he got the missions he wanted he also accepted a new darkness that he had not yet come into contact with. Teia and his team were placed into a large scale thieves and bandit guild erradication operation. The mission proceeded as usual until the inquisition army happened what seemed like a town. There were women and children dressed in clothing that Teia had seen normally worn amongst townpeople in Neemay. In truth, these people were regular townspeople, innocent families of the thieves who had not a thing to do with the thieves acts. Despite that,the main force ordered the death of them all, proclaiming that anyone who makes use of tools and supplies stolen from the hands of the servants of the gods shall die by the blade. Every, Neemaian inquisitor descended upon the civilians. Teia following a ways behind sees one of his subordinates crashing into a house a woman ran in. Teia followed him into the house only to see that he had already slain the woman. In a flash a figure with a knife jumped out of the shadows screaming blade aimed for his subordinate. Teia's reactions kicked in and swung his blade to strike the figure that threatened on of his men. Teia noticed all to late that the figure that lept out was a child and his sword had already swung clean through. Teia dropped his sword and was in a daze looking down at what he done, only to be jolted back to conciousness by the man he had saved. Teia slowly walked out of the house and was greeted with a scene he was too familiar with. The angles of the Inquisitors reminded Teia of that night many years ago back at his home when the fiend horde descended upon the people he had known, demons that slew his sister. One of the senior officers decended towards him, wings aglow, telling him and his subordinate to leave the battlefield saying "its a bit too soon for some young'uns like you to be in a battle like this, but you'll get used to it the moe ya do it" and glided off.
 
Afterward, Teia was haunted by that night and the night of his childhood. He had believed the work he was doing was for the good of everyone, that everyone would be better off without moraless rogues. Teia never thought the church and holy knights he had once thought to be so holy and just. To murder innocents to what? prove a point? prevent rebellion bent on vengeance? Despite, Teias inner struggle he maintained his place as an officer of the order. Teia confided with Hayliel and Seiden about the massacre that occured at the underground thief town. Both Hayliel and Seiden believed Teia should leave the order for the sake of his soul. But all too soon Teia was recruited for another of these special missions.
 
 
This mission played out just like the last. Except this time in defiance of his superiors who ordered the murder of the tribal townspeople who refused to believe in the 7 dieties of Neemay, Teia attempted to save a family farthest from the action, however half way out of the forest where the village was, a group from the main force stopped his advance. One of the mages put Teia into a spell that restrained his movement while the rest of the group carried out the mission to its fullest.
 
After, Teia was put on trial. Due to his immaculate service, Teia was punished with a mission to reclaim an ancient magic that was stolen in transit to the mainland of Neemay and taken across the seas. Teia had a feeling this "mission" was only a buttered up version of exile. Upon his departure he presented Hayliel with a ring and promise that he would come back and thenasked his brother to protect Hayliel to the best of his abilities. Too that Hayliel scoffed at the thought of a peaceful monk trying to save her from some attacker. Teia was then sent off to a city only known by its excess of pirates and near flooded state where he would meet a very mismatched cast of people....
