They have it, she just knows it exists. And she will talk to anyone who is willing to tell her a story, go through every computer, every file, any digital scrap and even the ancient hard-inked data to find it. The universe may be a very big place, but she won’t stop searching until it is hers; hard, cold proof.
 
She wasn’t always this crazy, this driven. She just loved the rush of the ride, a junkie to the pulsing thrill of flying. But war is a fickle little mistress and Josephine was just supposed to pilot the supply ship. Just supposed to pick up the goods here, drop them off there. But something happened between one of those “heres” and “theres”. No one else seems to know about it, or believes it can exist, but one day, one day she will find it.
 
Being a scrapjack gives her an excuse for crossing Cores and digging into systems to scan. It also gives her just enough to get by. She only needs the basics; fun, drink, food and the next data access point. Nothing matters except getting to the next access point, well ok, maybe getting to the next data point while having a little fun.

Jo is about 5’4”. She was about 20 when the Wars began. Her parents are scientists from Cores I-III. She is the eldest of four. Her younger sister followed in her parent’s footsteps, one brother decided to make a life for himself with the El Rio Cartel while she and her youngest brother followed the Cores X-XII military route. She “left” the military at the end of the Wars, her brother still serves.
 
She’s your best friend, a great listener, always quick with a smile and a suggestion (although no guarantee that suggestion is useful or helpful). Has a bit of prankster side, enjoys a good party or chance to play. Loves to fly or drive anything that can give her a fast ride. Doesn’t really care about commitments or consequences, as long as her driving ultimate goal is being met, to search and find connections to something that happened to her during the Wars.
