Borne on the estate of his Draconic master, he worked hard for many years gaining a name for himself in his masters eyes eventally he was "given" to the govt for his expertise in regaining that which was owed. while he was counting the money in the coffers of one of the many treasury banks of the empire he found himself hopelessly lost within the appearance of the money itself, drawin into the beauty of it he came into contact with his patron (we can discuss this whenever i have some ideas on what they might be ) after which he became much better at collecting debts without calling upon the aid of other. His skill put him soon on a boat to the colony's and Living in boston he has recently found himself greatly annoyed by the people there's lack of respect... he will teach them how to give it to him.
