This leonin was actually a construct in disguise. Found in prison of The River's Keep.

Bajol seems unable to speak, and is a slave that was found in the dungeons of River's Keep he was known by Kyrez Roughpride.
 
Later it was determined Bajol was an illusion on a construct and it has been "decommisioned" by Jeets and the Unfortunate Mead Crew while the Menagerie were facing Jacoby.
