Known by her codename, Scimitar is a Consular Delegate involved in the reorganised RHO committee of the Vicariate, currently tasked with overseeing intelligence-gathering efforts against the Revenants. Before the enactment of Operation Secret Paladin, she briefly served as an infiltrator within a recruitment cell of the Revenants, but it has long since ceased its operations and redirected its attention elsewhere.
