Personal history

At age 5, Doctors evaluated her gender through the use of a medical examination, genetic testing, and a psychological evaluation. She was deemed a girl.
 
By age 6, she was best friends with Audir, the daughter of her parents' friends, and they spent a lot of their youth together. If she wasn't playing with Audir or her older brother, Kenidra studied with her family and enjoyed musical practice in their music room. She often would play games with the visiting scientists, who would whisper a crucial piece of information for the project upon which they are working with her parents, and she would deliver clues to her parents until they figured it out.
 
At age 12, Audir's ability manifested itself violently, and Kenidra helped her come to terms with it. She has a strange affinity for Audir's ability that normally wouldn't exist since Kenidra's ability has nothing to do with organic matter or mind signatures, and although the pair have been thoroughly evaluated, the mystery has not yet been solved.
 
She made friends with several other students at Teakin, one of them being Soyen, who often helped her with some of her inventions. A quiet student, Kenidra mostly stayed in the background and helped out her friends, cheering them on, especially Audir during her races in the Katj championships. Since Audir needed an engineer to compete, she listed Kenidra's father, who agreed to this in order for him to have the chance to coach his daughter on some of the more interesting and fun sides of engineering. Most of the katj work was done by Kenidra.
 
All of her work in teakin was extremely good, and Kenidra always exceeded expectations in her subjects. She was never particularly good with art, especially drawing and painting, but she could play several instruments decently due to practice with her parents during her youth. She was incredibly good at science, and so she was set on the science and technology subject path in the Siteakin. Her aspirations is to eventually be able to work on the scouts, and inventing new ways to improve them and perhaps build a new and swifter and more reliable spacecraft.

Graduated the Siteakin in Elikaelia.

Intellectual Characteristics

Thinks before she acts and is very careful with her words and actions. She tries to see all possibilities before deciding on an action. She thinks in terms of patterns as in if it’s dissonant, consonant, or phase-shifted out of alignment or if there's a different pattern at play. She seeks to understand all she can about her surrounding environment, and mysteries bother her – she tries to develop an answer to any mystery she encounters through careful examination and use of the scientific method. For her artistic creations, she listens to the patterns inherent within her ability, drawing out the dissonant, consonant, and other wave-form patterns of the materials she's working with; she then develops a plan of what she'd like to make in her head, and imprints that onto her materials, allowing them to shape with the movements of her hands.

Morality & Philosophy

Sees the world through the lens of harmony. Conflict unsettles her, and she tries to seek a peaceful solution when possible. She also views the government in a slightly suspicious sense, for she doesn't think it does a good enough job in keeping the harmony of their world and other worlds in balance. A lot of the political issues she rallies for deals with services to help maintain harmony within communities and nature itself, helping people in times of need, and education and scientific related issues. She views the world as a complex system of patterns and musical overtones/melodies/harmonies that takes time and effort on the behalf of many to maintain a balance. Science is where most of her interest lies, and so she views it as one of the more important subjects for people to learn and understand, and her view of knowledge and logic is that they are extremely important but must be balanced with emotions and empathy to be useful for society.

Likes & Dislikes

• Enjoys a lot of the same music as Audir — especially high energy music and ambient styles.


• Enjoys games with a good storyline. “Explorer’s Creed” is her favorite game due to the expansive world that holds a lot of exploration potential and questlines.


• Dislikes shoot-them-up games as it is painful sometimes.


• Dislikes liars and it really bothers her when people try to shield her from important details in order to “keep her safe” or “avoid discomfort.” She prefers to be the person who decides that not others.


• The sound of someone chewing behind her aggravates her at times.


• Not putting dishes in the cleaner after use is a pet peeve.


• Not shutting down the holo for the night — as it can be bright in the darkness — is another pet peeve.


• Dislikes having to wait for long periods of time without any knowledge of when the event she needs to be at will happen or when the person she needs to meet will get there. Or when she will get to the counter in time to buy the item she needs before the stall closes.


• Dislikes bland tasting food — prefers some sort of spice. Enjoys sour tasting food.
