Mrs Scarlett is quite the rare find coming from an awakened animals being Mechanically gifted and highly intelligent creature. While being more known for her exports of illicit commodities she aims more to captivate.

Mrs Scarlett just like any other of her kind was once just an ordinary Raccoon, living through the swings of life. Where she met a partner and became a mother.
 
Scarlett and her family underwent a slow awakening process allowing Scarlett to slowly have her mind develop and adjust to her new senses. as she developed she grew more and more curious for knowledge, as she would steal books, articles, and tools learning more about this new world her mind was finally comprehending.
 
Through all of this learning she slowly gravitated towards inventing the things she would read about. But as she was reaching stars, Reality came crashing down on her as her family was reported missing as they had ventured into the dead zone of the wilderness. Scarlett knew that all life that would be exposed to it would die.
 
Heartbroken Scarlett left seeking something more than what was left for her at home, and as her wounds cut deeper than than she would care to admit she turned to anything that could dull and numb her pain.
 
During her travels she met Enzo and started to build a small scale speakeasy, and during this time Scarlett needed to make something to defend herself should things turn sour. Making a prototype firearm something small and concealable for not capturing too much attention.
 
During this time though she was known for the illicit beverages she would sell, Scarlett was also know for the performances she did at the speakeasy, as she loved holding the attention of those around her. Slowly building her more extravagant personality, dressing in high quality tailored White and red suits.
 
And all good times must come to an end, After a close call Scarlett and Enzo both decided that they should leave until the heat dies down. Now on the move she still seeks new horizons.
