Has somehow come to be liked by enough important people (including King Scanlanis) to have gained her post, but still faces quite a lot of casual (and more sinister) racism for being half-human. She's socially liberal and tends to criticize everyone enough that no side feels especially attacked. Her tendency towards subtlety and confounding her audience also helps--most are too thick to get the insult.

Wealth & Financial state

She is fairly affluent--between her position in the court and her father's military rank--but honestly most of what she spends in on supplies for her next wild idea. She's also a generous tipper.

Family Ties

Her father, Erlan is all she has had for most of her life. They are very close, and care deeply about each other. Pasquelle's tendency towards impulsive action (such as running away to go to Emon without telling him) sometimes causes friction, but she is trying to be better at communicating with him.
The death of her mother Rayna deeply effected Pasquelle. They had spent her early years traveling across Tal'dorei with a performing troupe, stopping by Syngorn to see Erlan whenever possible. That fateful night, she saw her entire world ripped away in blood, dust, and flame. She has never stopped missing Rayna, and recently has become obsessed with learning powerful enough resurrection magic to bring her back.
Also key in her upbringing was Siofra, her father's loyal wolfhound. During her "missing" years, Pasquelle could not be left alone, and so the dog often took over when Erlan could not be at her side. The dog still lives and is still one of the creatures she trusts most in the world.
 
As far as friends go, Pasquelle had many at the Academy (mostly theater kids, let's be real), but none that she allowed herself to get close to. Often she will come across her old friends in Syngorn, and they will pick up chatting like no time had passed. None of them really know the depth of her pain.

Religious Views

Follows the Moonweaver, just as her parents did. It's complicated, though... the Moonweaver saved her but not her mother.

Extremely charismatic and flirtatious. Might not always notice if she's overstepped, but once she does or it is pointed out, she will back down. Generally well-liked. Drops sick burns on people she thinks need to be taken down a notch.

As far as hobbies... She likes to spend her free time prepping and putting on displays of "modern performance art" that tends towards the shocking. Lesbian romance novels, no matter the quality, are another favorite pastime. Due to Erlan's occupation and how much she accompanied him as a child, she also has a fondness for the forest around Syngorn. Oh, and flirting, of course.
