Physical Description

Remalia is considered "very feminine" in looks. Her physical attributes have all been enhanced by magic at birth. She has been noted to have soft skin, soft hair, and is considered "well figured" by many onlookers. She is well toned, exemplifying her great enhanced strength. She is described by many professionals as "physically perfect" in matters of beauty and health.

Body Features

Remalia would be considered very physical fit, even if she didn't work out or get any exercise. When she was younger, a Necromancer had attempted to set her and her sister up as future super-soldiers and genetically modified agents in his own personal army. This has led to Remalia growing up to be very above average in ever physical trait. She is described as very feminine, almost hour glass shape with curves and a large bust. It was intended for her to one day be able to seduce her way into the highest levels of government. On the chance that there would be more resistance, Remalia was also given high strength and dexterity. She also has a greater natural endurance than the average Half-Elf. 




She has a soft round face with a small nose and dark green eyes. She has a small amount of freckles all over her body but a majority of them on her cheeks. Her ears are slightly pointed, as per her elvish heritage. Her hair is naturally long and is raven black. She often keeps her hair in a messy bun or keeps it short at shoulder-length.




Remalia also has tattoos all over her body. The main ones of note is the large Viper Snake tattoo she has on her back and the more tribal tattoos on her arms.

Apparel & Accessories

She is often seeing mostly black clothes and armor, as one would for the Harper League. She wears her own variations of the Harper League armor, created by the quartermaster Dr. Elim Craven. In recent years, she famously dons a leather jacket over her armor and clothes. She also has recently been trying to wear more color in her outfit, including Greens, to match her eyes, and Blues, as the Harper Colors are Blue, Black, and Silver. She even has tried wearing purples and burgandy to match her husband's noble colors. Most of the time, she wears her Harper badge in public, pinned to her jacket.

Specialized Equipment

Remalia is often seen carrying around a varying amount of firearms and weapons. She prefers to keep at least sidearm, usually a Harper Vindicator Pistol, handy. She also keeps either a shortsword or handaxe ready as well, along with a few hidden daggers. If she is on a mission, you can be certain to catch her with a supply of Harper gadgets at her belt.

Personal history

Remalia had a very troubling childhood.




Remalia was the daughter of Ianven, an Elvish Lumberjack, and Astred, a bar-maid. The couple were very poor, struggling to make ends meet and having to do everything they could to get by and prevent becoming homeless. Ianven was a drug addict; addicted to "Glitter" and "Ajax," his problems started when he began to use a combination of illegal drugs to stay awake to keep up with having multiple jobs and multiple shifts. Astred had become an alcoholic to escape the stress of dealing with a drug addicted husband and to escape the uncomfortablness she suffered working as the only woman in a sleezy bar. The two hadnt even married for love, but entirely out of need for financial support. As Ianven's addiction got worse, he became aggressive and abusive. 




Remalia was one of a pair of twins, her sister being the famous Zhentarium Leader Sephira Haventree. While in her mother's womb, not yet born, Astred's alcoholism and Ianven's physical abuse led to the death of the twins. Astred knew something was wrong and ran around town looking for a doctor, but none would help her as she couldnt afford it. Lucky for her, or so she thought, a Necromancer took pity on her, taking what little wealth the family had, and used his magic to ressurect the twins, still in the womb. 




Little did Astred know, this Necromancer, Salahara Djin, was in process of "performing miracles for parents" to genetically modify children. His goal was to create an army of super soldiers and highly influential people to infiltrate the highest levels of society and quietly take over the world. This plot would inevitablly be stopped by the Harper College (the predessessor to the Harper League). For Remalia and Sephira, the twins would undergo many changes. Originally, they were fated to be disfigured with mental inhibitors as side effects to the trauma inflicted by their parents, and their mother's poor health. The Necromancer had completely cured them of any genetic defect or mental ailment. Both girls would be modified to have an above average intellegence and heightened physical abilites. Salahara planned for the sisters to become seducers in his plans with the option of functioning as soldiers, should he need to do a more hostile takeover. Salahara had even created a unique spell and code word to activate his "agents" but when he was killed by the Harpers that knowledge died with him.




Remalia, and her sister, were born into the most distaught and messed up the household and ever been. There were days that their father never came home, so he can sleep in house with no crying babies. There were days when their mother was too drunk to even remember to feed them. The children became their parents' outlet for blame for their poverty and mental illnesses. Both parents would physically abuse the children and mentally scar them as they grew up. Remalia though was still protective of her mother, as she was the only one to never really beat her. Remalia also noticed growing up that Astred was being abused by her father as well in the same way as her. One day, when Remalia was 12, something snapped in Remalia. She had came home from school and found her father choking her mother on the kitchen table. In an instinctive rage, Remalia grabbed a kitchen knife and used her genetically enhanced strength to tackle her father and began to stab him in the chest. She stabbed him 23 times in the chest before a passing guard barged in and pulled her off the dead corpse of her father. Remalia expected to be hailed as a hero, but instead her mother called her a "freak" and a "monster." Rebranding herself as a victim and a widow, Astred had Remalia and Sephira sent away to an Asylum for the Genetically Modified, where she was diagnosed with "Re-Birth Syndrome" (a condition that occurs when people are ressurected outside of divine means and are unsanctioned, as well in cases of bio-enhancements; often a cause of madness in the patient). She would never see her mother again, only to hear about her suicide nearly 10 years later. She would remain a patient in the Aslyum for 4-5 years until she was discovered by the High Harper, Jane Davneiros. Jane would have her released under the care and authority of the newly established Harper League.

Education

Primary School level education; her education was done in pieces. Elementry was complete while still with her parents, Middle school and a little high school was done at the Asylum, and the rest of her education was given by the Harpers.

Accomplishments & Achievements

On her first solo mission, Remalia took on the persona of a Heartlands Bounty Hunter named "Gloria Winters." She then proceeded to infiltrate and eliminate the terrible "Pit Viper Gang" that was terroizing the countryside. The Harpers gave her the nickname/codename "Viper."

Mental Trauma

Her Father was an abusive drug addict and her mother a terrible alcoholic. In the womb, Remalia and her twin (Sephira) had died due to her mother's poor health. While still floating in the womb, their mother paid the family's entire wealth to a necromancer who revived the two, Genetically enhancing the two. As they grew older, the father became more and more abusive. At age 12, Remalia had been pushed too far and murdered her own father with a kitchen knife. Both she and her sister were sent to an Asylum for people who had been genectically modified.

Intellectual Characteristics

Remalia exhibits above average characters in both mental and physical feats. She is quick to learn new things and has exemplified the capacity to plan complex stratagies. Physically, she shows natural heightened strength and stamina as a result of her genetic enhancements.

Morality & Philosophy

Remalia has become one of the most "Harper" Harpers to come out of the League's first batch of recruits. The Harper code has become her life code. She believes in fighting for those who can not help themselves, and hopes to help bring balance to a world teetering on the brink of chaos.




Remalia is very family-orientated. The Harpers had become her new family after being sent away to an Asylum and after she lost touch with her sister. Remalia looked up to her teachers like pseudo-parents, and saw other trainees as her siblings. As she grew up, she never had any dreams of starting a family of her own, but that changed after she married Mercy, and after the goddess Melora forced her to become pregnant with twins. She would do anything for her children, like she would for the Harpers. She hopes that she will be a good mother, without losing her skills as a Harper.

Motivation

Remalia's biggest motivation has been to ensure that no child should ever endure the world she grew up in. She strives to make the world a better and safer place everyday. She holds no hatred towards her parents, blaming the messed up economics of the world and fate for their downfall. She hopes to help the Harpers create a world that no one should have to fall so far just to survive.

Remalia exemplifies that she is very loyal to her friends and family. She is very brave, willing to dive head first into danger to save the innocent. She also is very kind and soft to people. In her youth, she was very brash with people, but has matured to become a very kind and loving person. She is also very honest and honorable.

Religious Views

Despite her husband being the Vicar of Melora and Melora's dedicated champion and Inheritor, Remalia has no true alliegence to any god or goddess. In Jade, this is referred to as "Agnostic." Remalia quietly keeps that away from her husband, and might be one of the only secrets she keeps from him. Remalia's travels across the world has made her Jaded to the idea that any god could ever be deserving of worship, given all of the atrocities committed in the name of religion.

Social Aptitude

Remalia is slightly "two-faced" in the sense that she has a very public face and a private face. In public, she is charismatic, thoughtful, and well mannered. In private, she is a introvert and can be seen as being blunt and straight to the point, easy to read her emotions.
